Hi all,
Just my introduction, being mucking around for around 4 years love the hobby finding it fascinating learning about all of the different aspects of this hobby of ours from fermentation through to drinking the end product,
Love making rum and gin (and the drinking of) :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Lucky enough to have a professional aspect to the hobby so meet lots of great commercial disitllers as well
Funnily enough this all started when i had to learn about disitillation so i brought a $200 column just to see how it all worked, now im bitten by the bug got a 4" reflux still with bubblers.
Have tried making most things but always keen to try more.
