G'day

This is my first time making spirits and decided to make tomato paste wash and use the still spirits jack Daniels and wild turkey and making wbab and bwko I have about 7 fermenters and 2 4l distillers really liking this forum you get a response very quickly and has so many recipes I never thought you could make and succeed

When you say 2 4lt distillers do you mean air stills ?

equipment: 4 plate 6" copper bubbler, 6 plate 4" glass bubbler with 500mm packed section three way thumper sitting on a 50 ltr keg boiler with 6000watts, 2" pot still and a 2" boka.

G’day mate, if your chasing output a 25L or 50L still will make a lot more than 3 airstills :-B

equipment: 4", 4 plate "Frankenfurter" copper bubbler and blockhead on a 50L 3000W electric boiler, 10000W controller - don't even know why I need that much, all grain HERMS system through 18G HLT keg and 50L mash tun.

What do you suggest i did have a t500 but it was quite difficult to sit there and keep changing water flow alot

If your after brown spirits a simple pot still would be a good start on a 50L keg
