Another Intro from Perth

Postby shmuck » Fri Aug 24, 2018 1:40 pm

Hey all,
Long time lurker who’s been reading through lots of the forum

Been brewing all grain beer for 5 years now. Had/still have somewhere an air still but never really thought much of what came out of it so haven’t used it in a long time.
Currently looking at purchasing a new still as I’m a bit time poor/unskilled to make my own

Hi mate, welcome to the forum, your ag beer knowledge is going to help you immensely.
What spirits do you want to make/ drink? That will help you decide on the type of still you need.
But long term goal should be a 4” neutraliser from five star, it gives you the flexibility to make every type of spirit with ease.

Enjoy just about anything Doubleuj (except my nemesis - ouzo)

Got in to brewing beer so I could make any style I felt like and there is a similar appeal with distilling at home too.

The neutraliser seems to fit the bill just nicely.
