Ive used a pure distilling still dor 12yrs on a 25L boiler and in the last few ive been fiddling with a diy pot still mounted to a keg (its so dodge im ashamed)... moving on ive recently purchased a 5stardistilling neutraliser its still in the mail its that recently... andrew has been a deadset legend in regards to this and ill do him the justice of a separate post extolling him.. ive just finished ( i think ) my boiler build its approx 180L max volume 5mm 316 staino except for the base which is 6mm 309 fully TIG ed up powed buy LPG (still gotta finish the gas system) id post more pics but my old phone shitiyself and i lost most.. im comming from a all grain beer background and i plan to make cuban style rums and irish(ish) whiskeys.
