Gday all, new to this site. Now I sold a lot of my gear when we moved from Oz to NZ so I've started get things together again, I had brought some 100mm tri clovers, some 100mm copper pipe, so kegs now just to put it all together.
I use 75% corn and the balance rye and barley boil let it the cool it, sow it being very important the fermente it then into the still it goes well that's it in a nut shell
