Welcome Ian.
As long as you recognize the limitations of the T500 you’ll be fine.
Many of us have crawled up the ranks and moved onwards and upwards .
Enjoy the journey

Welcome to AD Ian.

Many folks here started off with a T500 but outgrew it fairly quickly. That being said, there are also a good number of members still using them quite happily.

A good place to start is to have a read of these threads in Newbies corner, they'll set you off on the right foot with your new still:
Running a T500, the Proper Way
Kiwistiller's Novice Guide to Cuts and Fractions

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Minster, there are a lot of ways of making a good drink, the wrong way is the way you found out yourself to be wrong. Take on all the advice here and then have a go using that advice, but don’t be scared to try something different. Remember, fuckups can usually go straight back in the boiler. Good luck and read lots! :handgestures-thumbupleft:
