G'day Rusty,
Notice how I left the kitten out as they are good bait for shark fishing :music-deathmetal:

Anyway good to meet and another Adelaide based member, I'm up in the hills and this forum has proved a great reading source to learn how to do it right.

As you have a T500 there is a thread here that shows how run it best which should help you on your path of learning.

Now once you get the bug the first step will be making a pot still to hook onto your T500 boiler so you can make brown spirits, then you will soon outgrow that and get that disease where working with copper is terminal.

Cheers Bryan
