Just starting down the from scratch/craft whisky journey, hoping to one day start a small commercial one with a focus on whisky(ey)

equipment: 4 plate 6" copper bubbler, 6 plate 4" glass bubbler with 500mm packed section three way thumper sitting on a 50 ltr keg boiler with 6000watts, 2" pot still and a 2" boka.

As a fellow newbie I can absolutely tell you the folk around here are great and a wealth of knowledge.

Don't be afraid to have a few fuck ups on the journey and don't stress about things being not 100% perfect right off the bat, have a read and a search and within no time you'll be laughin!

Looking forward to seeing your gin!
