Perth Newbie

Hi all,

Newbie here from Perth. I currently have no equipment as I wanted to do as much reading as possible before making any investments.

If anyone in Perth or anywhere really has a good beginners set up for sale I am very interested in anything available at the moment!

Initially I would like to play around mostly with some Gins, so Reflux to get my neutral then simple pot-still to distill botanical etc through I think is what I am after to begin with? Would also like to play around with some Rum, with molasses wash so again I think a pot still would be required for this?

I have learnt a hell of a lot from this forum already with still so much to read and learn and am looking forward to giving it a go.

Thanks in advance for any leads or advice!

Cheers,
Ben

Gday Ben, welcome to the forum. You’re right on the money with what you’re planning to make and the type of stills you’ll need. But down the track when you’re hooked you’ll no doubt upgrade to a 4” bubbler 8-} :handgestures-thumbupleft:
