Hi from The Netherlands

Hi folks!
Although I'm new on this site, I'm not a complete newby at distilling. Got myself a 15 ltr whisky still a year ago after reading a lot on a Dutch forum. Made some nice stuff and want to learn also by reading experiences from down-under. I'm waiting for my T500 to arrive (hopefully today) which a will use to make neutral as base for things like ouzo and gin. Had a lot of experience which making all kinds of wine from fruits years ago and I've been quite active with making cheese as a hobby.

Gidday McCorner... :greetings-waveyellow:

You can't go wrong with the kale wash for a really good product from the T500... it was my Go To wash for nearly 3 years on the T500.
