Hi all, new here, been reading for a little while.

I currently have an Air still, looking at upgrading to something better when funds allow.

Looking forward to making some brews, trying to find/ replicate a specific Jimmy black cherry flavor eventually.

There's a great thread in the pot still section on getting the best out of your air still if you haven't already seen it.

Have a think about how big you want to go, how much room you have available etc. If you're on a budget, starting off small and working up to something big later is a good option. Something like the 2" pot still and 25 litre boiler from 5 Star will be a big step up from the air still, will allow you to make cracking whiskies and will give you a further upgrade should you feel need in the future.
