I have a pure distilling reflux still and the I do my run it normally settles at 79c and slowly rises today it settled at 79c then dropped to 73c and held steady then climbed to 74.5c before I shut it down with an av of only 55%. Any suggestions ?

Could explain the temp variation maybe.
