Thanks for all the info lads. I am totally brand new and am hoping to produce some quality spirit safely. I have aquired a Super Reflux still (25 litres) that hasn't been used for many years.I took it to the local Brew shop and they told me it was good to use. So now I need the basics to getting started. Lots to read here.
