Introduction, brisbane based

Postby Squarebear » Mon May 11, 2020 9:55 am

G'day guys, I'm in Brissie and setting up a 50l keg boiler with a CM reflux column, I've been reading up as best I can to be ready by the time everything else comes together, will be starting out with a vinegar run and small cleaning run of TPW then stripping and a spirit run, next batch FFV, don't want to get ahead of myself but like to have a plan, just wanted to say g'day before diving in with a catastrophe later, cheers

As long as you have a plan mate. Going in blind is when the mistakes will happen. Have a method and do your research.
