Welcome Matty, where ya from?

You'll find a great deal of info and help here.

Check out the TPW in tried and proven. Great recipe for a clean easy vodka as an alternative to the filthy turbo kits.

Welcome to AD Matty.

Have you seen the thread in Newbies Corner on running the T500? Not sure how you've been running yours but you might be able to find some improvements to your process there.

It's also worth checking out Kiwistillers guide to cuts: http://aussiedistiller.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=2859 if you're not already familiar with the concept.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.
