1000mm pot column
just purchased 4000w power controller with 500g cooper packing through 5stardistilling.
28lt stainless fermenter
cooling is just via tap water ATM.

Hi all, better fill this out somewhat better than lastnight in the early am lol. Relatively new to the home distilling again, had done a few runs many years ago using an old system which was really good. Few things happen in the time (divorced) an lost it all, and now the interest has been sparked again to get back on where i was starting.
So i brought a boiler 35lt digiboil and got my old column only thing i got to keep from that, and well 2 washes through the system and here i am seeking some of you legends advice to where im going and what i need to maybe change for a better perforamce....hehe isnt that what us guys want? LMAO :))
