Hi crew,

Pretty new to the game.

Have always got some funky flavours- never quite nailed it.

Have been running s Still Spirits 5L super reflux rig on and off for the last few years- mostly just distilling a goonsack and flavouring- did a few sugar washes but was a pain in the butt having only the 5L boiler.

Have recently upgraded to the pure distilling 'spirit maker' and am super keen to get the neutralest of neutral spirits.

Hope to milk all your wonderful brains in the future.

You wont know yourself with a 30ltr boiler.
I started with a PD still and they make some nice clean neutral/vodka.
Have a good look through the newbies corner, especially Kwikstillers novice guide to cuts.
If your not already doing cuts this will def help you with those funky flavours. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
