Hi peoples,

A noob from Adelaide here....mistake number one already...I forgot to drop in here first.
I am a T500 copper condenser owner and also have an Alembic Pot and condenser to go with it...bought all that before finding this wonderful site.
Ok, now I need to work on a new post regarding advice for my setup...see you in the soup guys...or in our case....the wash/mash etc

Hi Thoz,
Nothing wrong with a T500 and pot .
It’ll get you started and you may find it’s enough for you.
But.... You may be like a lot of us and outgrow it very quickly.
Have fun, make some nice hooch that YOU like and you’ll soon find your feet.
Cheers

Welcome mate

There's been plenty of good booze made from T500s around here.

Take your time and have a good read of the newbies corner and except the first couple of batches you make wont be great :laughing-rolling: you'll soon get the hang of it :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Welcome Thozzbrew.

:text-+1: on what everybody else has said on the T500. Use it within its limitations and it can make good booze. Check out this post and linked posts therein, they'll help you get the best out of your T500.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.
