Hello to you all...

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hello to you all...

Postby Heisenberg » Sat Dec 05, 2020 1:37 pm

Hi all, just thought id introduce myself after spending many hours reading the awesome knowledge from this forum you guys have developed.
Im from northern NSW, been brewing for 20 years off and on from beer to wine, spirits. Now only fully focused on Vodka, Rum and Gin and new custom receipes. Chasing a high quality end product has lead me to 5star for my new equipment upgrades. Genuine sound advice and quality gear, many thanks Andrew!!!
I really enjoy the distilling craft, dabble in hydroponics too and low and slow cooking.
Anyhow, i hope ive posted this in the right spot.
Cheers
Heisenberg

Welcome Heisenberg
With the gear you have you have certainly started with your best foot forward.
It often takes a few reads of the newbie section to get your head around some of the ideas.
I reckon it took me 4 reads of the cuts topic to get the gist of it. I must admit to being slow so you might absorb it quicker. The guys here are amazing with their willingness to share mate. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress please
