Hi all. Have been using a turbo 500 for a couple of years and have decided to up the quality so am building a 50l keg still.

Plenty of info on here. Have a look at 5 star mate it might be just as cheap to buy as build. Of course if you like the idea of building then that is not an option lol

Iam not so good at maths but I reckon drinking what you have produced yourself is 60%, experimenting with flavours and slow spirit runs In the shed have to be 33% of the fun, trying different woods at different abvs for different times is 25%. When you add all that to 50% for building the still is it any wonder we love this hobby :laughing-rolling:
