Hello from reedy swamp distillery

Hello to all. I have been reading this forum for some years now and firstly thankyou so much for all the info.
Thought it was about time to register and give back a little.
I have recently acquired a producers wholesale liquor license so am upgrading the shed brew room to a cellar door tastings room.
Believe it or not I am bottling some great products with just a 50l brewzilla boiler with a little alcoengine pot for stripping and a t500 for Spirit runs.
I am a firm believer that if you can breed yeasts in a way that produces good flavours then the distilling and cutting is so much easier.
Thanks all, cheers.
