I came across your site whilst trying to find out what was wrong with my T500 and now realise its defunct so now i am looking at modding the boiler and lid with something that works properly and will produce what I want, but with the wealth of information on here it may be some time before I come up with a design.

Are you looking to stick to neutral spirits or try your hand at flavoured ones too? Are you happy with the quantities you've been making with your old T500 or do you want to make more or perhaps have faster run times? These factors will determine what type and size of still you end up with whether that be a reflux column only, something modular or a still that can be run as both a reflux column or a pot by removing packing.
