Hi everyone,
Looks like there is a massive wealth of information on this site.
I’ve been distilling for a few years now after deciding to learn something new during the 2020 lockdown and have been using the T500 and Alcoengine stills.
Have just upgraded to a 5 Star Boka and am excited about doing a run through it this weekend!
