Hello everybody from the Southern end of the Gold Coast

It's been a while since I joined the forum, but have yet to introduce myself.
I am known as J Dogg, have 3 kids and a wife that supports the hobby of distilling
I bought a Neutralizer from 5 Star a bit over 12 months ago with no knowledge of fermenting or distilling
I have just used the forum to get a basic idea of what to do and all seems to be okay
I've used the WBAB & Hook Rum recipes thus far, but I love the idea of all-grain ferments and will get into it down the track.
Anyway, the forum is a great resource, and I look forward to using it more often as well as your knowledge bank.
