Hello from Melbourne

Hi all,

Finally making the transition from making beer to distilling. Currently building a copper 2" modular CCVM still so I can run as a pot or reflux. I've been lurking for the last few months researching and reading a whole bunch of the guides. I'm still waiting on most of the parts to arrive, but will be keen to post the build. Really looking forward to this hobby, down the rabbit hole it is.
