Gin and Tonic from Sawtell

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Gin and Tonic from Sawtell

Postby ginandtonic » Thu Nov 24, 2022 3:18 pm

Well thats a pretty boring Subject line, but covers all the needed info I guess.
I am Brand spanking new to distilling - with a love for tasting different Gins.
So i bought a T500 ( easy way out ) and away we go.
Clearly the learning curve is steep, and there are many questions.
The great thing about learning, is that someone else has always done the hard yards before you, so if someone is happy to help - then I am happy to listen !
Hopefully one day, I can pass on my knowledge also, and together we can..... save the world ?
Well thats something to work towards, - in the meantime - let's make some good booze.
Thanks for allowing me to join your forum ^:)^

Welcome G&T, you'll love the journey & make some mistakes along the way. Luckily, some of those mistakes end up being pretty tasty!!!
