AD searchI'm just starting out. I ordered a T500 prior to research, due to recommendation. Given I was about to buy a cheep Chinese pot still before then, I'm Kind of glad I did.
Been reading for weeks now, trying to learn what I can. My main objective in this venture has always been neutral spirits, (sick of paying good money for a hangover) but whiskey is looking like a goal. :D. Which I can see will need new equipment.
I have done my cleaning and sacrificial run and have 2 tpw ready to go. Hopefully get them going on Sunday. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Anyway, great forum and looking forward to learning more in this great hobby.

Many of have been down the T500 path and they do a good job to get you started .

T500 is a great starting point. Take your time and understand it limits and volumes. Those of us doing bigger batches have spent bigger dollars. There is a great guide on here on how to run the T500 that will get you well on the path
