Hey All

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hey All

Postby ThatOldFox » Wed Feb 01, 2023 8:09 am

Hey, all I am completely new to this hobby,

Currently, just finished my first stripping run through my air still (I live in a small unit with no storage for a proper still). I started with 15L of no-turbo sugar wash fermented to 12%. Will be doing the spirit run over the weekend.

Any advice for the spirit run?

Welcome old fox

Have a good read of the newbie section, in particular the cuts topic.
Because you are distilling such small volumes take lots of little samples 30 - 50 ml

Once you have a few runs under the belt you will have a better idea of what to expect

Most of all enjoy it mate
