I got an absolute steal of a deal on a gently used T500 on Gumtree and I'm excited to give it a good clean and work out how to use it! I'm mostly interested in making vodka and gin, but in amongst the masses of other home brew/distilling stuff I got with the T500 are a few bags of bourbon stave/chips so I might give that a shot too.

Enjoy the craziness. As Stig said read , read and read. The newbie section has some great info but lots to absorb. One thing we all have is heaps of time lol,
Pleanty of good advice on here even a topic on how to run your t500.

Remember a lot of what you will read will make more sense after you have actually done a run rather than before hand. Remember we all started where you are so don’t be embarrassed to ask questions.
