G'day from the Gold Coast

G'day all
Recently started this hobby with a 2nd hand Air Still and quickly upgraded :-D
Now running a Digiboil 30L with a copper Alcoengine LM reflux column.
Just added a 250mm extension and copper mesh packing
Started as most with HBS turbo packs to learn the skills and have just put down my first TPW washes.
Very interested to taste the difference
My brews so far have concentrated on whisky, trying different essences to see what I like and aging on oak chips
Initially for 2 weeks, now trying again for a bit longer
Very happy with results so far and learning with every batch
Think I'm hooked lol... ;-)

Welcome to the madhouse Chillin :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Now that still you have there will only make neutral and plenty of members have made a pot still that sits on the boiler you have so you can make real whisky :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Cheers Bryan

Thanks guys.
My intention is initially to master good neutral then invest in a pot still head for the boiler and begin to learn mashes etc
