Hi, I’m bazz and used to brew and distill 15-20 years ago until life and lack of time got in the way, but now I’ve found I’ve got the time to devote to get back into it and want to do better as well as find out a bit more about how others go about things and of course ask a few questions in that quest. Careful mate as the gear available has changed and your bank balance might get a little shaky for a while. It’s all worth it of course as it is an investment lol
