Hi From NSW

Postby oddian » Mon Jul 31, 2023 2:55 pm

Hi,

I'm new to the game and just getting started in the hobby with a very simple setup. I have an air still and run small 10L fermentations while I learn about the hobby and have some fun. I like making gin and using vapor infusion and playing with different yeasts. As I learn what I'm doing I'll be investing in some better gear but for now the air still is doing the job for me pretty well with very little fuss.

I'll be lurking and learning as much as I can from you lot.

Thanks
Oddian

Welcome mate, an airstill is a good piece of gear to own, if you decide to go a bigger setup later on your airstill can still be used for gin and experimental batches etc.

Welcome Oddian.

There's a good thread around here somewhere on how to get the best from your air still if you haven't read it already.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.
