Hi from qld

Hi everyone, I've been distilling for a few months now and lurking around the different forums. I'm using alcoengine pot and reflux stills on a turbo 500 boiler with a voltage controller. I'm interested in making nice bourbon and rum, I've just done my first spirit run with a UJSSM (first 3 gens), 4th gen strip run is done and the 5th is in the fermenter. Really enjoying this new hobby.

Nice. I haven't done a UJSSM yet, let me know how you find it!

A simple bourbon is the CFW and leave it on oak for a year or 3
