Hi from the Wild Wild West!

Hi from WA. I’m not new, just new to WA. Sold up and migrated West. We bought 5 acres up in the hills, so I can finally be a hillbilly. Perth folk (flat landers) don’t really like driving up hills. I’m looking forward to moving in so I can set up my distillery in one of the 6 bays in my new shed, just waiting on the old owners to move out. I’m not far from the Swan Valley so there are plenty of distilleries close by.

Welcome to the West... from one of the flatlanders.
There is a new distillery up in Mundaring.

I haven't had a chance to check them out. So far they are selling vodka, gin and liqueurs, but what caught my eye was they are going to be doing shochu. It'd be interesting to see their setup/operations.

Thanks indenial, I’ll have to check it out. I worked at a gin and rum distillery back East and I do enjoy a distillery or brewery.
We have been staying with the outlaws in Midvale, waiting on the sellers to move out of our new house, I’m so keen to get up the hill and be a hillbilly
