G"day from the Sunny Coast

Hello fellow moonshiners, names Wes and I am new to these parts. Been enjoying the hobby for about 10 months and just feeling my way around the process. Learning new stuff all the time. Have a twin copper column reflux still with a gas burner. So far have been pretty happy with double distilled sugar washes using Willard's yeasts and long slow carbon filtering trough a 600mm x 50mm column filter. I been having loads of fun exploring essences and using American and French oak to flavour for my dark spirits. I now understand that TPW is a better way to go and put down my first TPW yesterday. That is where I am in my journey so far and am looking forward to picking up more great tips. Cheers Wes.
