I may have forgotten about the account / website for a little while or so, but that's just how it is.

On another note, I love to learn, and alcohol is what my mind is telling me to learn about. Pretty much anything that involves alcohol I'm interested to learn and try produce.

My end goal with this is to learn enough to hopefully make a career out of distilling, but that's a fair way away. I've got all the gear for home brewing so the plan is to start some all grain in the near future, I've already put down a few of the recipes from here, cornflakes and nutrigrain? who would have thought?

This new year will probably see a call and or purchase from 5star as my gear isn't quite cutting it, but the budget doesn't agreed with that just yet :))

Anyways, looking forward to reading more content on the forums.

G'Day marls, if your end goal is commercialism your in for one hell of a ride.
Plenty of guys here have gone onto bigger and better things and made a career of this but, theres been plenty who have failed along the way as well.
I wish you all the luck and hope you can turn a fun hobby into a dream job, they say "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life"
Cheers

Welcome Marls
Good luck on your journey. It is great to chase your dream mate, just make sure you are fully aware that commercialisation means more time spent marketing and sales than actually doing what most of us love :)

Thanks for the welcome, I've seen from others that I'm really in for one ride. It will be a thirsty ride, but I know that it's a risk.
I won't quit my day job for a while!
