Gday

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Gday

Postby poompy » Fri Jul 13, 2012 12:03 pm

Been a lurker for a bit and have found the wealth of knowledge to be very helpful.

Thought I had better put my hand up and say hi and thanks!!

Current set up is the T500. Only done two runs and pretty happy with the results. I know it can get better though.

First try at cuts this weekend. Normally chuck out the first 300ml. Going to keep doing that and then I have a collection of jars of which I will put 200ml into each. Cover and let sit for the night.

Also looking at the options of a pot still for the t500 boiler to help clean up the product even more. I can see that McStill has done one or two for the T500.

Catch ya round.

Cheers
Ben
