G'day Mate and Welcome. :-D

how were you making your Whisky? Flavourings from the home brew shop?

What have you got sitting on top of your stockpot? Did you make it yourself?

Cheers

Hi Mr sdead
mate welcome and I hope you learn lots
re your whiskey issues... define your problem for these folk and ask away...theres a growing number of grain-based distiller types on the forum and most of them might even have a clue what they are doing (as opposed, say, to me). :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Welcome bloke,

sounds like your well underway. Stills fine. Nice tall lyne arm =all good.

Yeh full all grain is a bit overwhelming..I'm still onlu playing with grain based sugar heads but it does add some good flavour notes. Well worth persisting with imho.

There some nice ones in tried & proven section well worth a read on a Sunday evening sort of stuff.

If you get stuck ask...

Enjoy the journey
