Hey all.

I've had the idea to still my own for years, But I always thought it would be to much to difficult for a novice.
Then I did a google search.
Hours and hours of reading and two weeks later, Ive got a suger wash bubbling away, and a copper condenser with
with a 30L electric urn waiting to be used for the first time.

I'm gunna start off by trying to run a good clean spirit and then use essences, oak and fruit to flavour it.
If I can manage that Id love to move on to whiskeys and bourbon eventually.
For now I will just try and get consistant results to start and see where it takes me.
You never know, I might even end up with something drinkable.
