Hi all,
Let me just start by saying what a great site.
I have been making my own for a while now, with mixed results.
I generally like bourbon so i will be looking at all the Bourbon success stories on the board hoping to learn a lot more than i currently do.
My last few washes have been the tomato paste based wash which i quiet like doing.
After reading some of the stories here looks like i need to learn a lot more about pot stills and how they work and also some type of sour mash.
My wife drinks mainly Kahlua and Vodka together so the plain old tomato wash is fine for that.
I use my 40% to dose my Marine Aquarium to help keep the Algae and stuff down and so far so good "Cheaper than buying proper fish chemicals"
I currently have a modified SS reflux and a DIY control box which does the job but only just.

I hope to get a great deal of incite and help from you all, so in advance i say :text-thankyoublue: .
