Just like to say hello and thank all for great info posted by all.
New to the game but have been brewing beer for a while now and thought i'd step up to spirits as the boss has rekindled my urge for bourbon and whisky (also now have the kids on my casefor some as well since they heard what i'm up to). So i've been doing a lot of research lately and am in the process of building a 2" boka and a pot still
Will probably have to catch up with 5Star in the not to distant future for some goodies if he has them.
