Well hi everyone!
I'm very new to the distilling scene, i played around with brewing my own beer while a broke student and have dipped in and out over the past few years too, i guess i was naturally drawn in this direction!
Currently have 40litres of sugar wash using alcotec 48 turbo yeast clearing for my first crack at distilling tomorrow, any essential tips before i start would be more than welcome!
