hey all,

Signed up to aussiedistiller to try and get my head around my own still build. thanks to the plenty of great info shared by u blokes i have been able to make a start. i plan on building a copper pot and still, the pot will be from old copper hot water systems and a 65mm still.

heres my progress il keep updated, thanks for all the help so far.

Nice!

Wherre u based cos if it's dam hot in summer like SA & WA you might need more cooling power...just a stray idea.

in QLD .. that cooling tube is 1100 long and plan to run a sump pump from ice water so il see what happens maybe throw some mesh up the line.
