Hey all. Ben from south oz. been distilling for a while when I get time in between playing paintball and the family. Mostly do bourbon. I work in a winery so have access to a lot of supplies including cheap oak chips and yeasts etc. run my own home made copper reflux still on a 50 L keg.

Plenty to keep you busy here but I'm guessing working at a winery you have plenty to play with.
