Hi people's, played around with a little pot still a few years back but am looking to make a decent size one now, will be making it myself. Still not 100% sure which one to make but I'm thinking just a pot still for starters.
Will mainly be for rum, burbon, whiskey etc but the missus will probably be wanting plenty of liqueurs for cocktails. Will be looking forward to any tips.

If i where to make another pot i reckon it would be the swan neck design, see posts on swan pot, purely for its off take rates and results....it's a true gun.
