Just wanted to say Hi!

Hi everyone, been following this forum for a while, so now I just joined and thought I should say hi.
Been distilling for around 5 years now, mainly making bourbon, although I'm yet to have a go with a grain recipe.
Went to the Jack Daniels distillery earlier this year and that's just fired me to do it better.

So I look forward to joining in on some of the topics.
