This is a great place , dont know what peaple did before the internet,read the one old book in their public library I guess
Thats where I got the plans for a pot still anyway just got to learn to drive it!!

Me again..Got a fermenter full of sugar and molasses bubbling away, and just second ran my first attempt ,a can of malt extract and sugar ( basicaly homebrew without hops) It is certainly alcoholic! and I'm sure it will mellow with age
we will see how the rum turns out but my wife wont be happy till I can do a nice peaty single malt!!!
