New guy from way out west

Hi guys

New here but I have been running a reflux still for a good couple of years now and have been quite happy with how it's been going but now I want to change. I watched and fell in love with the show Moonssiners (it's all rubbish but makes for great telly :text-lol: ) and have decided to move into pot stills. I hope to go all copper just to be a bit wanky but I have a couple of kegs I can play with if my limited sheet metal skills let me down. I normally run a all bran recipe wash I got off some website years ago and I remember the guy who put it up also said he ran it through his pot still and made what he thought of as great sipping whiskey so I hope to try that out. Anyways I hope to share my progress and also learn as much as I can off you guys.

Yeah a big fan of whiskey and bourbons. Used to like the rum but it makes me go crazy so I stick to the good stuff. Thanks for the warm welcomes. Nice to see quite a few west australians on here too :handgestures-thumbupleft:
