If you're comfortable telling us roughly what part of the planet you're from in your profile it will help us help you.

fabulous idea for all to adhere to as i have seen reqeusts that are answered with and where are you.
so i am in a state of stuper induced by alcohol, planet earth

It's just that we've had several members ask for nearby yeast or copper or plastic drums and they:
A: don't say where they are actually trying to find said materials
or
B: haven't filled in their profile saying what state they're in.

How can we direct you to the nearest material if we don't know where you is?

So be snarky, if they can't be arsed filling things in, tell them where to find their stuff in Coober Pedy or on Christmas Island...

When they reply "but that's MILES away" just fire back "How are we supposed to know that?"

Mind you, my sense of humour is somewhat low, as in subterranean.

Good to see the moderators enforcing the guidelines (or discouring certain behavior).
The reason I joined this particular forum was because of the depth of knowledge and the willingness of existing members to help others. This is what separates our site from other lesser ones.
