My first attempts were ujssm runs, then I got more into neutrals for vodka and limoncello (which is my best drop). Have made a few other blends such as the spd, but I am still (boom boom) keen to crack a decent bourbon for the wife.

My holiday project is using the neighbours left over fruit from his stone fruit orchard, to make a no sugar nectarine brandy.

I am also very keen to make a tanqueray clone. Anyone have a good botanicals list for this one?
